Our engineers recently carried out a scheduled service and maintenance visit on one of our high pressure hyperbaric testing systems for another long-term customer of ours.
We produced and installed this 690 bar (10,000 psi) test system for an internationally renowned manufacturer of underwater technology many years ago. They provide a range of subsea products for the offshore oil and gas industry, military and other worldwide marine and energy markets.
The quick and easy access breech lock closure test chamber is fitted with feed-through penetrators which allows for electrical connection to the components under test. The high pressure systems fluid and pressure control module is located below ground, all of which is housed inside a purpose-built interlocking pressure testing enclosure with the operator control panel safely located on the outside.
It’s essential that pressure equipment, high pressure hyperbaric test chambers and high pressure testing systems are routinely inspected and checked for their safe and continuous operation. We offer various affordable service and maintenance packages.
