KW Designed Solutions has designed and developed an advanced range of high pressure testing vessel quick-acting closures; simplifying and accelerating accessing high pressure vessels more safely, easily and faster.

We also provide a wide range of pressure vessel closures including standard types commonly used in the industry, such as threaded and bolted closures.

Quick-acting pressure vessel closures are ideal for customers who have a specific set of operating conditions. Perfectly suited to those who conduct production Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), as the short test times require quicker, easier and more repetitive access.

These closures are generally specified for medium to larger pressure vessels; providing closure guidance, safety locking mechanisms and attachments for safe handling.

All of our pressure vessel closures have various sealing, pressure and temperature ratings. Whether it’s a completely bespoke design that we create or one of our pre-existing products; we will always endeavour to provide the perfect cost-effective solution for each unique project.
