We provide manual pressure control systems, that allow operators to control high pressure testing functions by hand. These are ideal to use for simple pressure control; where automation is not required. Pressure adjustments are made simply by manually opening/ closing valves or using push button switches.

Additional low pressure components for filling, purging and draining; integrated water holding tanks and data logging capabilities can also be included within the manual pressure control system. These can be supplied mounted onto a portable skid to make movement easy or panel mounted for fixed installations.

We have a catalogue of standard systems available but our flexibility and experience means that we can provide a completely bespoke design to meet all specific pressure testing requirements.

Manual pressure control systems tend to be useful with lower risk testing applications, that use non-hazardous media and lower temperatures. The accurate control of pressurisation is not as vital but where possible the operator still works remotely or is guarded against the high-pressure pipework and pressure vessel.

Customers in the energy and subsea sectors have used manual pressure control systems for product verification, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and production testing of subsea electrical components, hoses, cables, penetrators and valve seal arrangements.
