All of our high pressure testing systems, high pressure testing vessels and automated pressure and temperature control systems are designed in-house at our UK headquarters, by qualified experienced engineering designers and controls engineers, using the latest design and analysis tools.
We provide unique high pressure solutions to our customers’ individual specifications; whilst ensuring compliance with all the current relevant pressure vessel design codes, international standards and directives.

High Pressure Testing Systems Manufactured, Assembled and Tested
Our highly skilled team of fully certified mechanical, electrical and controls engineers manufacture, assemble and test our high pressure testing systems in our purpose-built facility in Chorley, Lancashire, England.
They possess a wide range of experience and specialist skills, use advanced production and project management systems and have access to the most up-to-date tooling available.
High Pressure Testing Systems Installed and Commissioned with Basic and Advanced Operator Training
We manage all processes and safety requirements involved with the installation of our high pressure testing equipment; using specialist machine moving sub-contractors for the positioning and siting of heavier equipment.
Once in-situ, our highly-skilled and reputable engineers will fully complete the installation project; conducting a final Site Acceptance Test (SAT), before the project is signed off by the customer.
