We provide and manage all the process and safety requirements required for installing, commissioning and operator training our high-pressure testing systems and pressure equipment.
Our team of specialist engineers will be responsible for the manufacture and installation of every piece of pressure testing equipment that exits our premises.
After completing a successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) by both parties, we disassemble the equipment dependent upon the operational requirements, ship it to the customer’s site and re-assemble and install it in situ.
We employ experienced, specialist sub-contractors to position and sit the heavier pressure testing equipment.
Upon successful installation, the pressure equipment is re-tested and commissioned with a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) carried out. This ensures complete satisfaction with the operation of the pressure equipment before the customer signs off the project.
Basic and advanced training on how to operate the pressure testing equipment, including safety features and general advice, is conducted and documented with a certificate of competence for each trainee user. In addition, both hard and electronic copies of all pressure testing operational and maintenance documentation are provided.
