We have designed a bespoke hyperbaric testing system with an internal volume in excess of 28,000 litres, with a 2.2 metre internal bore. Complete with a fully automated fluid management system to directly simulate the challenging deep ocean conditions.

Using our expertise, we also provide cost-effective recertifying services allowing existing pressure testing systems and equipment to be brought back into service meeting all current relevant legislation. Recently, multiple items of special-purpose pressure testing equipment, including large volume pressure vessels in excess of 24,000 litres and high-flow, large-bore pressure control systems were brought back into service. This approach saved our customer a six-figure sum and 8-10 months of down-time when compared to a brand new supplied option.

We also provide A Written Scheme of Examination in line with the Pressure System Safety Regulations (PSSR:2000). This ensures the systems we provide are inspected annually, in line with all current relevant legislation.
