Several years ago we designed, manufactured and installed a high pressure testing system for testing subsea harness assemblies for a leading technology and services provider to the energy industry across the world.
As an additional safety feature we recently designed and installed a debris shielding modification to the existing pressure vessel closure.
Operating at 630 bar and temperatures between -10°C to 50°C, this high pressure hyperbaric test chamber is installed into a purpose-built test-bay and has a fully automated pressure control system that includes pre-defined customer specific pressure and temperature profiles and data logging capabilities.
Our actuated chock closure type of high pressure testing system is one of many we’re proud to have provided our customers over many years, for factory acceptance and production testing cable and connector assemblies, subsea electrical and electronic components, subsea buoyancy products and sonar technology, along with developing new and emerging technologies.
