A thermoregulation control unit with heating and chilling units transfers heating and cooling to and from the high-pressure testing vessel by circulating a transferring process fluid through heat exchangers on the external surface of the pressure vessel body. This hot or cold temperature transfers through the pressure vessel wall into the test medium contained within the high-pressure testing vessel.
The heat transfer jackets are also wrapped in thermal insulation jackets to prevent excessive heat loss during test periods.
The temperature rates can be variable and programmable functions, pre-defined from the PLC.
