High pressure buffer chambers for the automotive industry

Over the course of a number of years, we’ve produced these stainless steel 4 litre and 10 litre, 1034 bar (15,000 psi) high pressure buffer chamber assemblies, specifically designed for use in the production of airbags for all the major automotive manufacturers globally.

Both ends of the buffer chambers are equipped with a traditional threaded closure along with customer specific ports and penetrations for interfacing with other process equipment.

We have designed and produced high pressure buffer, process and transfer chambers and accumulator vessels for a variety of applications for a wide range of sectors and industries over the years.
