Our dedicated team of experienced pressure testing engineers are busy with an ongoing influx of PR2 testing at the moment – exposing components with high and low temperatures, whilst cycling between varying levels of pressure.
Working with our customers, we have developed a method of carrying out simultaneous tests within our environmental chamber thereby helping our customers to reduce both their testing costs as well as turnaround times. This applies to any components that require the same test temperatures, however, varying test pressures can be applied to different components during the test. Each component is individually data logged during the test.
Our environmental chamber recreates extreme conditions encountered by products in their field of use. Controlled climate or excessive temperature conditions ranging from -70°C to +450°C.
The chamber has suitable ports and penetrations which allows for feedthroughs to the test components.
PR2 API 6A testing in line with customer specifications and international standards.
