There’s been more scheduled service and maintenance activities recently, including a recent visit to one of our high pressure hyperbaric pressure testing systems that’s been in operation for many years.
This 690 bar (10,000 psi) high pressure qualification and research testing system was produced for a world-renowned trusted designer and developer of underwater and harsh environment vision systems, including cameras, lights, cable assemblies, controllers and video inspection systems along with electrical, fibre optic and hybrid connectors to name just some of the systems manufactured.
The high pressure system’s closure is machined with bespoke penetrations for electrical connections to the components under test, with the pressure vessel body having ports and penetrations required for connecting the automated fluid and pressure control system built for filling, draining and purging the vessel along with operating pre-programmed testing procedures.
The safe operation of our high pressure testing systems is paramount – our engineers carry out full annual service and maintenance plans which includes a detailed comprehensive service report signed off by our appointed experienced engineers.
Cost-effective service agreements and preventative maintenance packages are available, not only for new or used KW Designed Solutions high pressure testing systems, but also for other manufactured pressure systems.
