Now re-opened and busy with many ongoing projects, along with exciting new ones in the pipeline for 2023.
Our KW Pressure Testing engineers and facility have just started hydrostatic testing a significant number of various multiple machined block manifolds designed for form gas distribution and control for KW Group’s latest production testing systems.
Each manifold has been designed to perform at high pressures ranging from 350 to 1000 bar, along with specific port geometry to suit the fittings, valves and instrumentation requirements.
The manifolds have been machined from solid bar stock grade 316 stainless steel. They are subjected to specific hydrostatic pressure testing, safely and securely conducted in one of our interlocked, fully enclosed test cells.
Each manifold will be issued its test certificate for traceability, which forms part of the manufacturing dossier for appraisal and survey by a third-party notified body to achieve the essential UKCA marking.
