Our in-house engineers designed and manufactured this 690 bar, 565 litre volume pressure testing system with our innovative KWik-Lok closure, designed and developed for a much safer and easier way for operators to access the high pressure testing chamber.
This deep-sea simulation pressure testing system will subject a variety subsea pressure housings and hoses to high pressures and variable temperatures for accurate testing, monitoring and controlling with all the data captured and recorded, along with developing new equipment for use on the sea bed.
In due course the pressure system will be located within its own purpose-built, below-level test bay, very similar to ones we’ve produced previously for world-leading subsea equipment manufacturers.
Our engineers delivered operator training with full high pressure system package walkthrough including equipment description and functionality, with essential pressure system safety procedures, practical activities and demonstrations.
