High Pressure Hydrogen, Material Propery Testing Vessel



1000 bar (14,500 psi) -50 to 100 deg C, 3 Litre

Used to conduct tensile, compressive and fatigue tests on materials in a pressurised hydrogen atmosphere at varying temperatures.

Principal Features Incude:

  • Quick acting manual closure (2 x shot bolt).

  • Automatic hydraulic raise/lower of vessel to access the fixed plug.

  • 316 stainless steel construction.

  • Integral 100 mm bore hydraulic servo cylinder and load cell.

  • Direct heating / cooling of test specimen.

  • Dual seals.

  • Quick change tooling.
