We are experienced in the design and manufacture of many types of reaction vessels and autoclaves.

The projects above show a sample of the types of equipment we have previously provided.  Used for varying applications in differing industries, universities and research facilities.

All our equipment is design to specifically meet the requirements of the end user.
We have a flexible approach and the ability to provide competitively priced equipment against proprietary units.
Where other suppliers standard equipment may need modification or are not quite suitable for meeting the operating criteria, therefore additional cost, our flexibility allows us minimise these costs. We can incorporate all the required design features from the outset, in one carefully thought out, fit for purpose design, at a very competitive price and lead time.

Volumes range from 1 litre to 500 litres, depending on pressures.

Equipment can be designed with the following features;

Our equipment is designed, assembled and tested in house. Manufacture of component parts, where possible, is by approved local sub-contractors. We maintain close links with all our subcontractors, who understand the level of quality we expect from them.
