Pressure Testing System for Sub-Sea Pressure Sensors

 

1380 bar (20,000 psi),   4 x 500 ml vessels

2 x banks of 2 pressure testing vessels. 75mm bore x 200 deep.  System used to carry out factory acceptance test on a range of sub-sea pressure sensors.

Principal features include:

  • Adaptable vessel flanges.

  • Stainless steel construction.

  • Abilty to test while setting up next test, to minimise down time.

  • Sliding guard system with safety interlock.

  • Automatic cyclic testing of programmable profiles.

  • Touch screen Human Machine Interface for operator control.

  • Pumps and control valves service module located under rig to save on floor space.

  • Bunded tank
