We can supply pressure testing vessels and systems up to 2,000 bar  (30,000 psi).

Volumes range from 1 to 1,000 litres, depending on pressures. We have a great deal of experience in the design and manufacture of high pressure testing equipment. Equipment we have previously supplied ranges from simple bench top scale vessels, to turnkey industrial component testing vessels and systems.

Pressure Vessels can be designed with the following features:

• Manual or automated, quick acting closures to specifically meet the operating criteria.


• Heating and cooling systems.


• Agitation.


• Component manipulation/observation under pressure.


• Vertical, horizontal or tipping vessels.


• Manual/automatic fill, pressure and drain systems.


• Cyclic pressure testing at adjustable rates and profiles


• Manual/automatic handling or loading of test component.


• Remote operation.


• Guarding and safety interlocking.

Our equipment is designed, assembled and tested in-house. Manufacture of component parts, where possible, is by apporoved local sub-contractors. We maintain close links with all our subcontractors, who understand the level of quality we expect from them.
